They are seeking a Mid-Tier ABA Supervisor who will supervise client programs, mentor behavior technicians, and ensure continuous client progress under the guidance of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under the guidance of a BCBA
Motivate and mentor behavior technicians, helping them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively
Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities, embrace new challenges, prioritize tasks effectively, and remain flexible to manage a dynamic caseload

Qualification

BCBA certification pathwayApplied Behavior AnalysisMaster’s degree in PsychologyData collection softwareMentoring behavior techniciansParent educationClinical problem solvingFlexible scheduling

Required

Enrolled in or completed Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
Experience working with software solutions for data collection and programming
2-3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
This position is subject to fingerprinting, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during onboarding
