New Grad, Entry LevelLumber Contacts Inc is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to ensure the effectiveness of their Distribution Center. The role involves pulling materials quickly and accurately to fulfill customer orders, while also maintaining efficient workflow in the warehouse.

Responsibilities
Scanning Sales orders, Journey Manifests, and Pick Tickets
Giving late Drivers and Pullers work to load and complete for the next day
Making sure all changes to pick tickets that come in from the yard are made and correct
Qualification
Required
Thorough knowledge of the stock building materials in our inventory
Knowledge of the layout and workflow of the warehouse
Understanding of material handling considerations including speed, efficiency, and safety
Physically capable of performing all aspects of the job
Pass a fit for duty examination prior to employment
Ability to lift heavy loads without assistance
Maintain optimum health and physical fitness throughout employment
Possess or be able to obtain a forklift license and Dot medical card according to Mass state requirements
Ability to communicate calmly and professionally when speaking with Customers, Salespeople and drivers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to problem solve on the fly
