They are seeking a QA - Quality Inspector to understand and implement quality control processes, perform audits, and verify the quality of products produced in various zones within the plant.

Responsibilities
Ability to read Scale, Taper Gauge, Calipers (digital and manual), Micrometers (digital and manual), Height Gauge and other measurement devices
Ability to commute daily to Honda East Liberty Plant. Rework parts
Assists in containment of Suspect Material or Product
Verification of the QUALITY of product being produced in various zones within plant
Ability to commute daily to Honda East Liberty Plant ( •Mileage or Fuel cost and daily per diem for food will be paid•) •
Assists in containment of Suspect material or product
Rework parts as needed
Verification of the quality of product being produced in various zones within plant
Complete tasks given from Honda and TOPRE
Document and Communicate test results with QE (Quality Engineer) and Management
Daily feedback to QE or Quality Manager of any findings or issues
Attendance / Punctuality is key - must consistently be at work and on time
Arrives at meetings and appointments on time
Hours at Honda may vary due to production – Should have ability to work at TOPRE facility to fulfill hours or work overtime as needed

Qualification
Required
Previous Quality experience
Solid communication skills
Knowledge of or ability to easily learn Topre America Policies / Procedures
Understanding of sort and 'complete containment'
Ability to read and interpret English documents such as training, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to read Scale, Taper Gauge, Calipers (digital and manual), Micrometers (digital and manual), Height Gauge and other measurement devices
Ability to commute daily to Honda East Liberty Plant
Assists in containment of Suspect Material or Product
Verification of the QUALITY of product being produced in various zones within plant

Physical demands: regularly required to stand; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; ability to talk or listen; frequently required to walk and stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds; specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Work environment: regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration; noise level in the work environment is usually loud and may require additional PPE

Travel may be required for training or customer concerns
