Responsibilities
Operate a stamping press with precision, ensuring proper setup from last-piece to first-piece approval
Assist in setting up dies and related equipment following standardized instructions
Load materials onto coil carts and feed into processing equipment efficiently
Inspect products at defined intervals to meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Three to five years of related experience or equivalent training
Ability to read and write safety rules, work instructions, and quality records
Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
Willingness to follow safety protocols and work in a loud environment with moving mechanical parts
