Responsibilities
Manage client accounts and billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and responsible parties on billing questions and account updates
Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure billing aligns with services delivered
Listen to concerns, resolve issues, and build positive, long-term client relationships
Conduct follow-up on outstanding and delinquent accounts, including documentation of communications and payment arrangements
Prepare A/R and collections reports for leadership
Qualification
Required
An associate's degree or higher; Business, Accounting, or related field of study preferred
2+ years of work experience in client services, including accounts receivable, collections, and/or billing
Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions
Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace and an aptitude for quickly learning new software
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
