Responsibilities
Prepare and properly position patients, selecting precise anatomic and technical parameters for imaging
Administer contrast media and medications within legal and professional guidelines
Monitor patients during procedures, identifying and reporting any abnormal reactions or concerns
Adhere strictly to radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements
Execute advanced imaging procedures, including angiography and complex vascular/nonvascular interventional therapies
Collaborate closely with radiologists and physician assistants to ensure high-quality diagnostic support
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology
Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
1+ year of Cath Lab experience
Proven experience as a Cath Lab Technologist or related imaging role
Comprehensive knowledge of catheterization laboratory protocols and imaging equipment
Familiarity with administering contrast agents and handling related medications
Strong understanding of radiation safety practices
Ability to perform specialized imaging procedures confidently
Effective communication and observation skills
