Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
active Special Education Teacher license
minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience
Proven expertise in Special Education, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs
Experience working with students ranging from early childhood through high school
Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and special education laws
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere
