Responsibilities
Perform cardiac catheterization and assist with interventional procedures
Scrub in during operations, maintaining sterile field and assisting physicians
Collaborate with nursing and medical teams to ensure patient safety
Utilize EPIC charting system for documentation
Adhere to facility protocols and smoking-free environment policies
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology
Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
1+ year of Cath Lab experience
Minimum 18 months of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
Ability and willingness to float within scope to sister facilities within a 20-mile radius
Nicotine-free; pass a 10-panel drug screen and nicotine test
Must be comfortable with time-sensitive training modules required for the assignment
Preferred
2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
Certified or Registered Cardiovascular Technician (RCVT)
RCIS certification in addition to AHA ACLS and BLS certifications
First-time cath lab techs considered
