Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant
Confidential company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized bookkeeper & administrator to manage daily office operations and financial tasks. The role requires strong bookkeeping skills and a solid understanding of financial management to ensure efficient office functioning and time management.

Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with company policies
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and account analysis, to support decision-making
Conduct account reconciliation and assist in budgeting processes
Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections
Maintain organized records and documentation for all financial transactions
Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and reporting
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a bookkeeper and fluid with QB
Capable of using AI to benefit our workflow
Works well in a team environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including bank reconciliation, general ledger accounting, and budgeting
Excellent financial report writing skills with attention to detail
Proficient in account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using office software and accounting tools
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)
