Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students across K-12
Supervise and train RBTs to ensure effective delivery of behavioral services
Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
Monitor and document student behaviors, making adjustments to interventions as needed
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate services
Qualification
Required
Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training
Minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
Experience working with students in K-12 educational settings
Proven ability to manage a caseload of 30+ students effectively
Strong supervisory skills for managing and mentoring RBTs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to providing evidence-based behavioral interventions
