Setting overall strategy and vision for the franchise
Full P&L oversight, budgeting, and financial forecasting
Leading sponsorships, partnerships, and ticketing revenue initiatives
Securing founding partners and premium hospitality relationships
Building and managing a high-performing front-office team
Overseeing venue selection, operations, and inaugural season readiness
Serving as the primary public and community representative
Qualification
Required
5+ years senior leadership in sports, entertainment, business, law, or finance
Proven revenue growth and P&L ownership
Experience launching or scaling organizations or sports properties
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, build-from-scratch environment
