Qualification
Required
Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training
Minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis and intervention strategies
Ability to lead and supervise a team of RBTs effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
