Responsibilities

Deliver accurate information regarding billing invoices, cycles, procedures, and company policies
Provide first-call resolution for general inquiries about products, services, and company information
Promote and upsell company services to existing customers
Promote and upsell MaxxSouth services to new and existing customers, while fostering customer retention through excellent service and in-depth product knowledge
Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
Attend monthly training sessions and team meetings

Required

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent – required
Previous experience in a customer service environment – required
