Integration Leadership: Champion cross-company collaboration and alignment, ensuring consistent execution across all departments
KPI Ownership: Establish, track, and report key performance indicators to measure integration success and operational performance
Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate strong communication and accountability across sales, engineering, operations, and service functions
Execution Oversight: Lead structured implementation of initiatives ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are achieved
Process Alignment: Identify gaps and harmonize processes, workflows, and reporting across both organizations
Change Management: Drive adoption of new systems, practices, and behaviors necessary for seamless integration
Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates, metrics, and recommendations to executive leadership on progress and outcomes
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of program or project management experience within a manufacturing or technical environment
Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes
Strong understanding of sales forecasting, production planning, engineering release cycles, and field service/warranty processes
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to build trust and alignment across diverse leadership teams
Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Experience working across multiple companies or entities with shared objectives
Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Management) or similar structured execution frameworks emphasizing measurable KPIs and cross-functional cadence
