Assistant to CEO -Full Time & Remote
H15DEN is dedicated to supporting independent food and drink businesses by helping them drive authentic foot traffic to their establishments. They are seeking a full-time Assistant to the CEO who will manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle communications on behalf of the CEO while maintaining organizational efficiency.

Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Excellent Communication and Organization Skills
Proficiency in Office Administration tasks, including managing records and supporting logistics
High level of trustworthiness and discretion in managing confidential information
Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid role (onsite in Long Beach, CA and remote)
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred
Experience in supporting executives within a fast-paced environment is a plus
