Strategic Accounts Lead - Dermatology

They are seeking a Strategic Accounts Lead for Dermatology to manage and grow relationships with key strategic accounts, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive long-term business success.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Solutions team to develop and implement joint business plans to drive growth and retention for each client. Regularly review account performance, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address challenges
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and propose customized solutions that address client pain points, enhance operational efficiency, and drive growth
Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and engagement to retain accounts and foster long-term relationships
Lead and coordinate the delivery of solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
Lead the development and execution of data analysis and reporting strategies for strategic accounts
Create and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and actionable insights to measure the effectiveness of initiatives
Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, trends, and performance to guide strategic recommendations and inform joint business plans
Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for revenue growth, retention, and improved satisfaction for strategic accounts
Provide insights into customer segmentation and solution engagement by clinicians to help tailor recommendations
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or account management, preferably with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts
Previous sales experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with strategic account management processes and methodologies
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Able to travel up to 20%
