Corporate Accounting Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in Greensboro, NC to hire an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will be skilled in GAAP reporting, financial analysis, and process improvement, leading financial statement preparation and overseeing compliance.
Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly & annual financial statement preparation (GAAP)
Support budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
Strengthen internal controls & oversee compliance
Assist with tax filings & coordinate with external tax partners
Manage GL reconciliations, AR/AP insights & reporting
Drive process improvements to elevate accuracy and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of accounting experience (public accounting a plus)
Strong GAAP knowledge & analytical skills
