Sales & Marketing Demand Generation Associate, Air & Water
GE Appliances, a Haier company, is a leading appliance manufacturer in the U.S. seeking a Sales & Marketing Demand Generation Associate in the Air & Water business. This entry-level position involves developing strategic plans for generating new B2B business leads and supporting the sales and marketing teams in their efforts to convert these leads.

Responsibilities
Lead all activities related to prospecting and finding new lead opportunities in your assigned customer segments
Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales team members in Salesforce.com
Track and manage leads generated from websites, events/tradeshows, and lead generation sites (3rd party construction database platforms) in Salesforce.com
Provide regular (weekly or biweekly) CRM performance metrics and conversion status reporting to sales and marketing leadership
Utilize marketing cloud and CRM tools to determine the best way to follow up with potential customers for your segments that will drive conversion
Build relationships and rapport with potential customers including property managers, facility managers, hospitality operators, contractors, and plumbing and HVAC installers, dealers, and distributors to understand their business and what’s important to them. Use these insights to work with the marketing team to develop content and materials
Partner with GE Appliances Hospitality sales teams, Air & Water Pro inside sales teams, and regional sales leadership to identify and prioritize lead targets, build and maintain relationships to help facilitate lead conversion
Launch B2B demand generation campaigns to drive conversion across the Air & Water channel, tailoring approaches for Hospitality and Air & Water Pro segments and regional markets
Provide email campaign, website, and SEM analytics and reporting
Build and maintain Marketing Cloud database to enhance marketing automation reach and impact
Be a liaison with key lead generation vendors to enhance partnerships, optimize processes, and fully leverage lead generation capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in Business, Marketing, or Communications
Minimum of 1 year of marketing and/or sales experience
Possess excellent communication and organization skills
Be self-directed and motivated to succeed
Some travel is required for domestic travel to customer sites, tradeshows, and market visits
Preferred
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently while managing projects
Experience with implementing and measuring marketing and/or demand generation campaigns
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task on a daily basis
Willing and comfortable talking to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to find new business
Ability to interface with all levels of management, customers, and peers
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
