TrueHOA Inc is the Verified Governance™ platform for HOAs and property management companies. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to help convert communities quickly through established relationships and drive the sales process from demos to closing deals.
Responsibilities
Convert communities through a board + CAM + management company motion
Run board-ready demos and drive consensus to signature
Build a repeatable pipeline: outreach → meeting → proposal → close → launch handoff
Activate partner/referral channels (management companies, insurance, reserve firms, attorneys, etc.)
Qualification
Required
You've sold into community associations (HOA/condo) or adjacent (property management SaaS, insurance, legal, reserve/maintenance vendors)
You understand committee buying + meeting-cycle timing
You can multi-thread stakeholders and close without drama
You're organized: CRM hygiene, follow-ups, and clean forecasting
