Responsibilities

Maintains park grounds through mowing, tree/shrub pruning, weed control, turf maintenance and landscaping
Performs skilled and semi-skilled construction, maintenance and repair work of parks, facilities, equipment maintenance and operations, as assigned
Supports special users’ groups and events by preparing park facilities
Ensures safety of all users through continual inspection of park property and amenities
Operation of small engine/light equipment in the maintenance of city parks, lands, and facilities as assigned
Works cooperatively with other city divisions and departments to maintain city facilities, equipment and property
Follows all safety rules and regulations

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
