Responsibilities
Write Python to automate security operations, integrations, and workflows
Build and maintain internal security tooling (not just configure vendors)
Integrate and extend platforms like SIEM, SOAR, endpoint, and identity tools
Partner closely with IT, infrastructure, and engineering teams
Improve detection, response, and operational efficiency through code
Qualification
Required
Strong Python experience (automation, APIs, internal tools)
Background in IT-focused security (endpoint, identity, infrastructure, tooling)
Experience with security platforms like SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IAM, or MDM
Comfort working in production environments with real stakes
An engineer's mindset, curious, pragmatic, and allergic to manual work
Preferred
Bonus points if you've worn more than one hat (systems, SRE, platform, security)
