Responsibilities
Leads the Human Resources function at People Care across both administrative staff and caregiver populations
Responsible for building a disciplined people operating model that supports growth, compliance, and workforce stability
Owns HR standards and execution across recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and corrective action, ensuring consistent and defensible practices
Accountable for attracting and selecting high-quality talent, strengthening the caregiver pipeline, and ensuring onboarding and training programs produce a ready, capable workforce to meet service demand
Equips managers to hire and manage well in close partnership with Operations and Compliance
Actively drives, modelizes, and reinforces company culture across both office and field teams to create engagement, accountability, and alignment with People Care’s values
Qualification
Required
Experience leading the Human Resources function
Ability to build a disciplined people operating model
Knowledge of HR standards and execution across recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and corrective action
Accountability for attracting and selecting high-quality talent
Experience strengthening the caregiver pipeline
Ability to ensure onboarding and training programs produce a ready, capable workforce
Experience partnering with Operations and Compliance
Ability to equip managers to hire and manage effectively
Experience in driving, modelizing, and reinforcing company culture
