Responsibilities
Handle a full range of family law matters, including:
Divorce
Child custody and visitation
Child and spousal support
Equitable distribution
Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, memoranda, and other court submissions
Provide proactive, strategic, and empathetic client counseling throughout all stages of representation
Appear in court for conferences, hearings, and other related proceedings as required
Manage cases independently while working cohesively with attorneys and staff
Qualification
Required
Active New York Bar admission (required)
5–10 years of demonstrated family law experience
Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain strong client relationships
Confident courtroom presence with experience handling contested matters
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
New Jersey Bar admission (preferred)
