Digital Transformation Project Manager
The National WWII Museum is currently seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager to oversee its digital transformation initiative. This role involves coordinating with various departments and external vendors to enhance the Museum's digital presence and ensure project goals are met.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of digital transformation projects, including development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (marketing, IT, curatorial, education, historians, etc.) and external vendors
Gather project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks with deadlines for developers, designers, content creators, etc
Proactively monitor the progress of projects, identify challenges and opportunities, and provide regular project status updates
Provide quality assurance by ensuring all web content meets accessibility standards (WCAG), usability best practices, and museum branding guidelines. Conduct testing and troubleshooting before launch
Collaborate with colleagues to monitor site performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements to the Museum’s digital presence
Stay on top of digital trends and best practices to ensure Museum web products remain up to date and have a competitive advantage
Undertake other projects as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Digital Media, Project Management, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of three years of experience managing projects, preferably web-related projects in nonprofits or cultural institutions
Understanding of Content Management System (CMS) platforms (Drupal, WordPress)
Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a wide range of staff and consultants
Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred
Understanding of UX principles and experience with core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are a plus
