Jr. Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance for engineering and technical roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and workforce planning needs
Ability to recognize and phone screen the right candidates first, before sending them to hiring manager to review
Continuously follow roles new developments so you can source for the right candidates based on the ever-evolving roles
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals
Source candidates using unlimited resources, including job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, industry networks, cold outreach, social media, and creative sourcing methods
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineers and technical professionals across multiple disciplines
Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Build relationship with local university outreach programs and communities to source their student talent
Understand and evaluate visa and work authorization statuses (e.g., U.S. Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, etc.)
Communicate visa considerations clearly to hiring managers and HR
Ensure compliance with company and legal hiring standards
Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, candidate conversion rates, and hiring volume
Create and maintain KPI dashboards to report recruiting performance
Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting efficiency
Own and administer compliant I-9 processing, including form completion, verification, E-Verify submissions, re-verifications, audits, and recordkeeping with minimal guidance
Assist with employee file maintenance, HR documentation, and data accuracy in HRIS systems
Actively recruit for open positions supporting the HR Director on all recruiting, onboarding and talent development activities including but not limited to succession planning, internal promotions, new hire data analysis
Maintain accurate and up to date candidate records (employee files) while upholding the highest standard for confidentiality and data quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
3-5yrs of full life-cycle recruitment/ HR generalist Background
Ability to work onsite 5 Days a Week (not hybrid), understanding hyper growth is essential for in house collaboration
A good understanding of the fast-paced IT and Telecommunication industries and affiliated trends
Excellent Communication & Writing Skills
Passion for building and following Talent Lifecycle

Ability to Speak Korean or Spanish is a Plus!
