Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Partner closely with the Vice President, Strategy and Growth Marketing to define and execute marketing strategies that support company growth goals
Own the strategic roadmap for the Facilities-based segment, relevant partners, and product marketing, ensuring alignment across initiatives and teams to support segment goals
Translate business objectives into clear marketing priorities, frameworks, and go-to-market plans
Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions and investment areas
People Leadership & Team Development
Directly manage and develop a Marketing Manager, providing clear direction, prioritization, and ongoing coaching
Review and guide segment-level marketing plans, messaging, and campaigns to ensure alignment with broader marketing and business strategy
Balance strategic oversight with mentorship to elevate the effectiveness and impact of the team
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Segment Marketing Oversight
Set strategic direction for segment marketing, including target markets, personas, positioning, and value propositions
Ensure consistency and scalability of segment messaging while allowing for market-specific nuance
Partner with Sales leadership to support segment-based selling strategies and enablement needs
Partner Marketing
Lead partner marketing strategy in collaboration with Partner, Sales, and Business Development teams
Define and oversee joint marketing initiatives that drive pipeline, adoption, and partner engagement
Ensure partner programs are aligned to growth priorities and measurable outcomes
Product Marketing
Own product positioning, messaging, and differentiation across assigned products or solutions
Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, enhancements, and lifecycle initiatives
Oversee development of product marketing and sales enablement assets, ensuring clarity and consistency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a strategic marketing partner to Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer teams
Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, prioritization, and execution without direct authority
Communicate strategy, progress, and results effectively to senior leadership
Measurement & Optimization
Define KPIs and success metrics aligned to growth and revenue objectives
Review performance regularly and optimize strategies and programs based on data and insights
Qualification
Required
7+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in product marketing, segment marketing, and/or partner marketing
Proven ability to lead strategic marketing initiatives from concept through execution
Demonstrated people management experience, including coaching and performance management
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence skills
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Preferred
MBA or advanced business degree preferred, but not required
Experience in healthcare, post-acute care, or healthcare technology strongly preferred
Experience operating in regulated or complex B2B environments
Familiarity with growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, and modern go-to-market frameworks
