Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms to achieve KPI objectives
Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and enhance targeting effectiveness
Create compelling ad copy and engaging visuals that align with our brand messaging and appeal to target audiences
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates; provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to align paid media strategies with overarching objectives and promotional initiatives
Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to optimize performance
Stay current with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and platform updates to leverage new opportunities for growth
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and proposed optimizations to share with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in managing performance-based paid media campaigns
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms
Knowledge of media tagging and tracking
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies
Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
Agency experience is a plus
Knowledge of SEO principles and how paid media integrates with overall digital marketing strategies is a plus
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) for tracking and reporting performance
Strong understanding of SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
Experience with on-page optimization techniques, including content optimization, link-building strategies, and technical SEO
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development is a plus
