Responsibilities
Understand customer needs through market research and the voice of customers. Utilize data to feed the development of process maps and governance models
Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, Operations, Digital and IT teams to understand needs and improvement opportunities for the customer experience
Use concrete data analysis and insights to back up assumptions, make recommendations and drive actions around optimizing the overall customer experience
Drive key strategies and programs aimed at increasing adoption and overall team productivity
Identify process bottlenecks and look for innovative new ideas and features to test, which will yield value to the customer and the company
Create networks within the organization which can assist in delivery of change
Understand and analyze tech opportunities that will enable new productivity and utilization enhancement. Provide insights that modernize the vision and roadmap
Domain-specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Cost modeling, Process Mining, Org Modeling, BI and Dashboards, Market Research

Bachelor's degree

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a marketing, engineering, and/or business-related field
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with data transformation and visualization software and concepts
