Qualification
Required
2 years minimum experience in the Mortgage Industry or Mortgage Lending
Proficiency in Underwriting practices and mortgage-related regulations
Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate and build client relationships
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Familiarity with financial and credit assessment tools is an advantage
Current NMLS licensure or eligibility to obtain it is preferred
