They are seeking an Account Executive to prospect, run discovery, and close deals with SMB contractors across Florida, leveraging creative outreach methods and sales technology.

Responsibilities
Prospect and close SMB contractors using cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach
Help the VP of Sales identify target customers, create lead lists and build cadences
Own deals end-to-end and continue selling into accounts you close
Take real ownership of CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and reporting
Help research, identify and test new technology, with the goal of improving outbound efforts
Collaborate directly with leadership on messaging, targeting, and GTM strategy
Experiment with creative ways to book meetings, including mailers, events, drop-ins, and field activity
Represent Permit Rockstar at industry events and trade shows
Use technology, automation, and AI tools to work smarter and move faster
Qualification
Required
Experience with cold outbound prospecting and closing 5-6 figure deals
Strong experience using and managing a CRM and other sales technology
Comfort working lead lists, tracking activity, and owning pipeline
Creative, self-directed, and comfortable operating without a rigid playbook
Experience in SaaS sales, (construction tech is a plus but not required)
