Responsibilities

Design and document repeatable local store marketing programs, including school nights, fundraiser partnerships, university outreach, and community sponsorships
Create clear playbooks, timelines, and execution toolkits that District Managers can implement with minimal friction
Establish approval workflows and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across brands and regions
Own the local marketing budget across all markets
Develop a framework for allocating funds based on market potential, store performance, and strategic priorities
Track ROI on local marketing initiatives and adjust investment accordingly
Standardize local marketing approaches across multiple brands while allowing for brand-specific nuance
Ensure programs are adaptable to different market types (urban, suburban, college towns, etc.)
Partner with District Managers to train, support, and troubleshoot local marketing execution
Create reporting templates and feedback loops to capture insights and best practices from the field
Serve as the central resource for local store marketing questions and guidance
Identify and manage third-party vendors (print, signage, promotional materials) that support local marketing efforts
Negotiate regional or national partnerships with schools, universities, and community organizations where applicable

Required

4–6 years of experience in local store marketing, field marketing, or community engagement, preferably in QSR, fast-casual, or multi-unit retail
Proven ability to build scalable processes, documentation, and toolkits across multiple locations
Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring program performance
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance for field teams
Willingness to travel to markets as needed (estimated 20–30%)

Preferred

Experience supporting multiple brands or concepts
Familiarity with franchise or multi-state operations
Background in grassroots, experiential, or community-based marketing
