Social Media Ambassador Program - Team Lead

AmeriCorps is dedicated to supporting Delaware-based nonprofits through the Social Media Ambassador Program. The Team Lead will guide AmeriCorps Members in delivering marketing support, enhancing outreach, and engaging the community while developing skills in digital strategy and nonprofit capacity building.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day activities of AmeriCorps Members and provide support
Ensure the team upholds Spur Impact program values
Assist in creating and managing social media content promoting nonprofit programs, events, stories, and campaigns
Develop and implement digital strategies to boost engagement, awareness, and volunteer recruitment
Support Delaware Giving Day by preparing nonprofit messaging and online presence
Recruit and engage volunteers to expand reach
Design and manage pre- and post-surveys to track results and feedback
Attend trainings and contribute to a learning culture
Track and report service hours, outcomes, and success stories
