Qualification
Required
Experience in mold remediation, water damage restoration, and proper usage of remediation equipment
Knowledge of safety procedures, compliance standards, and proper handling of hazardous materials
Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with property owners and insurance adjusters
Ability to work independently, follow directions, and manage projects remotely
Physical fitness and capability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Punctuality, reliability, and adaptability in responding to emergency situations
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent required
