Account Manager
FOUND is a venture-backed startup focused on product personalization, enabling merchants to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue. The Account Manager will be pivotal in supporting merchant partners by understanding their goals, guiding them through implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive platform adoption and growth.
Responsibilities
Work directly with customers to understand their business goals and product needs, guiding them through implementation and expansion of our platform
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations partners, and sales to deliver tailored strategies that drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing key accounts and building long-term customer relationships
Strong execution skills focused on helping customers maximize value from a platform
Experience analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable growth strategies
Expertise in retention, expansion, and upsell motions
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfort working in an early-stage startup environment, with a mindset toward building scalable processes
