Responsibilities
Assist with daily operational activities within HOA management
Support planning, coordination and execution of community events and meetings
Prepare and distribute communication materials, including newsletters, notices, and digital content
Assist with compliance monitoring and documentation of community standards
Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and recordkeeping
Shadow staff in vendor coordination, budgeting processes, and resident relations
Provide general support to assigned functional areas as needed
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a college or university program
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
Interest in community operations, public service, or related administrative focus
