Mining
Responsibilities
Receiving/entering all raw material warehouse and steel products
Receiving/verifying inventory amounts daily
Receiving MRO all other purchased category items for the division
Completing inventory tracking and investigating discrepancies
Managing cycle counts and physical inventory counts with the plant
Preparing reports. Month end reporting for receiving and allocation of materials to jobs
Completing inventory adjustments and inventory movement with outside processors
Addressing any inventory concerns from internal customers
Filing and scanning of inventory documents including MTR’s
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven commitment to safety
Strong computer skills with Microsoft office applications
Critical thinking skills
Ability to plan around month/year end closings
Preferred
Previous experience with purchasing or inventory control
Ability to analyze and think strategically
