The Front-End Developer will support the TSG group by leading Angular-based front-end development for a critical records management platform undergoing a full rebuild from a legacy application, focusing on remediation and modernization.

Responsibilities

Front-End Development: Design and implement scalable, secure, user-facing web applications using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and related technologies

Application Modernization: Support a complete overhaul of a legacy records management application, including vulnerability remediation and performance optimization

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, product managers, analysts, and QA to translate requirements into working software

DevOps & CI/CD: Collaborate with DevOps teams to define and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab; support testing and deployment best practices

Code Quality & Security: Ensure maintainable, compliant code using tools such as SonarQube and Veracode

Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve application performance, database interactions, and service integrations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience

5+ years of software development experience

3+ years of hands-on Angular development experience

Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, state management, CSS preprocessors, Microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs

Strong understanding of DevOps principles, unit testing frameworks, and Agile development practices

Preferred

Financial services or securities industry experience

Experience with vulnerability remediation and rebuilding applications from scratch

Familiarity with SonarQube and Veracode
