They are seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including billing, claims, and payment collection while leading and supervising the revenue cycle team.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including billing, claims, and payment collection
Evaluating and improving current processes
Handling denials management
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Implementing effective strategies to optimize revenue performance
Leading and supervising the revenue cycle team
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Revenue Cycle Management, including billing, collections, and financial reporting
Thorough understanding of Practice Management and Medical Coding
Experience managing Denials and implementing strategies to minimize claim rejections
Knowledge of Managed Care policies, payer contracts, and regulatory requirements
Proficient communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Familiarity with healthcare technology systems and software
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting or a related field; additional certifications in medical billing or coding are a plus
