Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce technical projects across multiple regions (East, Central, & West), supporting a growing enterprise demand in the West
Drive SDLC using Waterfall or Agile, with clear milestones and accountability
Own project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Partner with vendors and system integrators, including contract negotiation and delivery oversight
Track progress using burndown charts, milestones, and status reporting
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive project management experience, including Salesforce projects
Strong understanding of technical SDLC delivery (Salesforce, custom applications, integrations)
Comfortable holding vendors accountable for project deliverables
Clear, direct communicator to drive decisions and follow-through
