They are seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners, inspect properties, and present customized remodeling solutions.

Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners for scheduled and self-generated appointments
Perform exterior inspections (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.)
Educate customers on materials, warranties, and project options
Present estimates and close contracts in-home
Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth handoff to production
Track activity and pipeline using CRM tools
Represent Potomac Custom Remodeling professionally in the field
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable working independently in the field
Competitive, driven, and coachable mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to climb ladders and perform basic exterior inspections
Preferred
Sales experience preferred (in-home, roofing, construction, or remodeling is a plus)
