Responsibilities
Development, production and editing of clinical education content including training videos and internal and external educational materials
Editing and repurposing long-form educational content into short-form media for digital platforms
Supporting branded clinical series for product-focused campaigns including content creation for social media platforms
Coordinate and support clinical operations initiatives including Clinical Library management and Litmos E-Learning platform. Provide E-Learning support to internal and external users
Assist with preparation of clinical presentations, slides, and educational assets
Provide operational support related to clinical programs, Centers of Excellence, and global education initiatives
Responsible for the documentation, organization and tracking of educational content and clinical assets
Provide support for other tasks related to clinical media, education, and operations as requested by management
Qualification
Required
B.S./B.A. or equivalent industry experience
2-3 years experience developing clinical education materials
Minimum 3 years' experience developing social media content and captions
Proficient in basic photo and video editing for digital platforms
Familiar with social media content standards and brand guidelines
Experience using approved digital content, design, and workflow tools (e.g., Airtable, Canva, Adobe) and AI-assisted technologies in support of regulated medical marketing materials
Adherence to all relevant current policies, procedures, and guidelines related to this position
Maintenance of knowledge base required to perform the Essential Job Functions of this position
Training of Clinical Evaluation Process to the current requirements of the EU Commission Regulation No. 2017/745 Medical Device Regulation (MDR), and future revisions
