Responsibilities
Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly forecast updates across towline, opex, and headcount models
Support compilation of budget inputs and variance analysis decks for leadership reviews
Support to analyze variances between actuals vs. forecast/budget and summarize key drivers in a structured format
Clean, validate, and reconcile data from the workbook and source systems
Develop or enhance Excel/Sheets and dashboard models to improve accuracy and efficiency
Assist in process improvement efforts such as forecasting automation, reporting standardization, and documentation
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa status, such as F1, H1B, or TN
You are pursuing a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Highly self-motivated and willing to take personal ownership of all project tasks and deliverables
Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure and accustomed to project work with tight deadlines
Creative, self-starter, quick thinker and dedicated individual who is eager to put his/her stamp on this job role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
Team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible
Strong written and verbal communication skills
