Responsibilities
Work in the Agile Team to implement and enhance virtual directory solutions, including caching or proxying data from identity silos
Respond to emails, Service Now Incidents, phone calls, instant messages, and participate in troubleshooting meetings
Monitor alerts and respond accordingly, update and validate existing documentation, and perform ad hoc work as appropriate
Participate in DC migration efforts and handle new customer intake
Respond to ongoing customer requests, demonstrating strong skills in asking questions to develop a good understanding of their needs
Qualification
Required
4 years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis
Preferred
Experience with RadiantOne FID and Virtual Directory Technology
Proficiency in LDAP and Powershell
Experience supporting RadiantLogic VDS and Oracle Unified Directory
