Responsibilities

Leverages advanced knowledge of Product Marketing principles and best practices to manage and drive products, projects, and programs
Develops strategies, plans product positioning and market entry of Qualcomm product lines
Evaluates competitive product analysis and formulates plans and objectives for specific product areas
Creates content and executes marketing plans for Qualcomm products with minimal supervision
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and customers to promote products and technologies
Interacts with stakeholders, cross-functional team members, peers and business unit regularly to discuss product and go-to market plans
Acquires advanced knowledge of Product Marketing field and industry and competitive landscape by attending events, gathering customer and industry feedback, as well as expanding personal networks within the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience
OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience
OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience
Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to work with a dynamic team environment
Effective relationship building and influencing skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Ability to work and lead in a highly collaborative team environment, building alignment and consensus across product management, business development and senior management
Broad experience in producing high impact business-to-business marketing communications, including conferences/trade shows, channel programs, digital marketing and social media
Experienced in collaborating across functional teams to execute integrated marketing programs
Self-starter, must be resourceful, and able to effectively operate in a complex, fast-paced environment
3+ years of work experience requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above)
2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization
