Sales Development Representative
Touchpoints is a systems integration firm that helps organizations modernize with leading enterprise software solutions. They are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their team, where the primary responsibility will be to prospect and qualify leads for Account Executives and Business Development Managers.
Responsibilities
Months 0-6: Generate and qualify outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, schedule meetings for Account Executives, learn service offerings across cloud and integration platforms, and build foundational CRM skills. You will work closely with Account Executives and Business Development Managers to understand and build on existing client relationships
Months 6-18: Conduct competitive research, penetrate decision-making networks, develop prospecting strategies, collaborate on solution positioning, progress toward owning your own accounts. You will begin to own your portfolio of clients by expanding on the relationships that have been established
Months 18+: Own full sales cycle, manage strategic accounts, progress to Account Executive
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
0-2 years experience (sales/business development preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, coachable, eager to learn
Interest in enterprise software (Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platforms, AWS, MuleSoft)
Preferred
