Responsibilities
Post and apply customer payments accurately and on time
Manage AR aging and follow up on past-due accounts via phone and email
Resolve billing questions and payment discrepancies with customers and Sales
Process credit memos and account adjustments as needed
Support month-end AR schedules and audit documentation
Maintain accurate records while following established policies and controls
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Cash Application
Comfortable communicating with customers regarding payments
Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
Experience using accounting systems and Excel
