Responsibilities
Manage a litigation caseload from filing through resolution
Draft and argue motions, including MSJs, demurrers, and discovery motions
Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery
Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
Communicate regularly and professionally with clients
Work collaboratively with support staff to move cases forward efficiently
Maintain accuracy, organization, and timely follow-through on all matters
Qualification
Required
Licensed Attorney in California
4–15+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experience
Strong knowledge of PI case strategy, pleadings, motions, and trial prep
Excellent writing, communication, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage deadlines and maintain a high level of professionalism
A serious, reliable, and dedicated work ethic
Commitment to advocating for injured clients with compassion and intensity
