Contract Recruiter (3-6 months)
Atria Health and Research Institute is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support their Head of Talent Acquisition during a period of growth. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment for various positions and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure an efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from candidate screenings intake to verbal offer for assigned roles
Partner with Head of Talent Acquisition and managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Source and engage qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen high volume of resumes and conduct phone/video interviews
Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate feedback collection
Guide candidates through the interview and offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, conduct both virtual and onsite interviews
Track candidate activity and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as needed
Meet time-to-fill goals and hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Support Talent Acquisition ad hoc projects as needed
Qualification
Required
2-4+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
Experience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and teams
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
Self-starter who can ramp up quickly and work independently
Preferred
Experience recruiting for technical (product & engineering) and healthcare roles is a plus
