Customer Success Consultant (Senior SAP Basis) – US Based
Rev-Trac and Revelation Software Concepts is hiring a Senior SAP Basis Customer Success Consultant to support enterprise customers across SAP S/4HANA and RISE environments. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role for an experienced SAP Basis professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and working closely with customers.
Responsibilities
Deliver SAP Basis expertise for Transport Change Management across SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE
Lead solution design and implementation with customers and external Basis teams
Act as the primary customer contact for implementations and support
Manage delivery against KPIs and SLAs
Proactively improve system performance, stability, and automation
Resolve complex technical issues and support UAT and customer training as needed
Qualification
Required
7+ years of SAP Basis administration
Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, and cloud environments
Hands-on knowledge of SAP TMS, ChaRM, CTS+, SAP on HANA, SAP BTP and Cloud ALM
Experience in regulated environments and ITIL-based practices
This role is subject to Export Control Restrictions (ITAR) and all applicants must be a U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents. Only applicants living and operational from within the US continent will be screened for this role
A high level of Proficiency and Fluency in English is a must
Able to work remotely and independently
Willing to support flexible hours during initial training (early starts – late nights) during the initial training period (roughly 4 months)
