Provide leadership in daily center management, supervise staff, and foster a collaborative, client-centered environment
Conduct clinical assessments, deliver individual, group, and family counseling, and develop personalized treatment plans
Ensure documentation meets all standards and regulations, monitor program performance, and implement improvements
Maintain active licensure (LCSW or LPCC), with preferred experience in behavioral health and program leadership
Participate in leadership meetings, support agency initiatives, and represent the program professionally when needed
Qualification
Required

Experience in behavioral health
